3.2.9 AC/DC Power and Switch

The 9135 Two-Port and 9140 Four-Port Switches can be equipped with either an AC or a DC power entry

module.

3.2.9.1

AC Power Entry and Switch

The power module for the 9135 Two-Port Switch and the 9140 Four-Port Switch is located next to the fan

assembly on the rear panel as shown in Figure 3-13. The ON/OFF switch is located on the power module.

3.2.9.2

DC Power Entry

When the DC option is ordered with the 9135 Two-Port Switch or the 9140 Four-Port Switch, there is no

power switch. The connection for typical -48VDC power supplies is detailed in Figure 3-14.
